I just wanted to contact you to say a heartfelt THANK YOU for all of your help over the past few months that resulted in our most successful All Divisional ever!

The day ran really smoothly, Geraldine and Isabelle were fantastic catering to our every need on the day. All feedback I have received since has been all positive.

So to all of the employees in the hotel, THANK YOU!

and available to help at any point. No matter what the query the departing line for every staff member was "Anything else I can do to help?".

The room and facilities were spot on and your flexibility on the ground, regarding refreshments and meals was really great. Working in the service industry

ourselves we know the importance of staff courtesy and appreciate it when we receive it, as was the case here.
