Our wines have been meticulously selected from around the world, and as the patriarchal home of Jameson Whiskey, it's safe to say we stock all of the most important spirits to tailor your favourite cocktail or nightcap.
Chef Tom Walsh
Tom who has built up an enviable reputation through his work with a number of well-known North side Dublin Restaurants has taken over the food offering at the Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links. A Tipperary man Tom has spent a large part of his career to date working as a head chef in a series of successful restaurants on the Northside of Dublin. His reputation for creating new ventures successfully took him to Morels, Beanos and Restaurant Danieli before moving to Bru in Drogheda. Moving back to Dublin his determination to add his experience led to spells in Aqua, Cruzzos before setting up the award winning Samphire@Waterside in Donabate.
He sees this venture at Portmarnock as an opportunity to bring all his experience to bear on creating unique dining experiences that will make the offering at Portmarnock unique.
