Indulge in an evening of culinary delights and fine wines in association with Tindal Wine Merchants in the beautiful surroundings of our Seaview Restaurant at Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links. We are delighted to be joined by Winemaker Rodrigo Serrano from Bodega Domaine Bousquet Vineyards. This special evening will feature the esteemed Domaine Bousquet Winery from Argentina, who are visiting Ireland for the first time.

What to expect

Indulge in a 5-course tasting menu expertly crafted by our chefs, with each dish perfectly paired with a selection of exquisite wines from Domaine Bousquet.
The evening will be guided by Rodrigo Serrano, the renowned winemaker from Domaine Bousquet Vineyard.
Rodrigo will introduce each course, discuss the unique wines, and explain the reasoning behind each pairing, offering guests a deep insight into the art of wine and food harmony.
