Croke Park
The heart of Irish sporting life for over 100 years
Dublin is famous for its Céad Mile Fáilte (a hundred thousand welcomes) - the same warm Irish welcome and world renowned hospitality awaits all visitors to Croke Park.
Croke Park has been at the heart of Irish sporting life for over a hundred years. With a capacity for 82,300 people, the stadium is the home of Gaelic Games and the headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA).
Home to the GAA (Gaelic Athletics Association), Croke Park has been at the very heart of Irish sporting life for over a hundred years. In addition to attracting gaelic sports fans and players, the stadium also hosts concerts, exhibitions and other sporting events. The fourth largest stadium in Europe, the venue features the Croke Park Experience in the GAA Museum and Croke Park Stadium Tour, Etihad Skyline Roof Top Tours and the Croke Park Conference Centre.
The GAA Museum is a must for anyone interested in the history and development of Ireland's national games of hurling and gaelic football. Visitors to the museum can also experience the Croke Park Stadium Tour which takes you behind the scenes at the 82,300 capacity stadium.
Greener on and off the pitch, in 2010, Croke Park became the first stadium in the world to be certified BS 8901 and has since achieved the ISO 20121 standard in 2012
