Join us on Saturday, 10th January 2026 at Portmarnock Resort as we celebrate Nollaig na Mban, or Women’s Christmas, a cherished Irish tradition honouring the women who make the festive season so special.

Local goat’s cheese & caramelised onion tart with raspberry vinaigrette, toasted hazelnuts, thyme roasted beetroot
Resort honey roasted butternut squash soup served with spiced apple crème fraiche
