The Portmarnock Resort &  Jameson Golf Links’ very own speakeasy, or shebeen (An Síbín being the Gaelic for “The Shebeen”) is in a quiet corner of the Secret Garden, tucked away for the use of our guests who are looking for that special night out in their own little private snug. This quaint little red-bricked hideaway is entered from the rear of the Secret Garden.

Inside, good times await in the form of an old-style lock-in, complete with a sawdust floor and a roaring fire. The original red brick walls whisper the memories of many a reveller holding forth at the bar, with glass in hand raised to the spirit of Jameson, whose portrait adorns the wall above the mantelpiece.

An Síbín Pub is the perfect venue for that extraordinary social occasion; be it a private party, an
